Our management system is certified according to the Automotive Industry standards IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 for environmental management.
The Sarzi Lamiere team consists of approximately 80 employees, permanent and temporary staff, with a steady increase in hiring that began in 2011.
Following the entry into force of Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001, which introduced a system of administrative liability for companies within the Italian legal framework, the governance system of Sarzi Lamiere S.p.A. has implemented the Organizational, Management, and Control Model in accordance with the provisions of this legislation.
The Supervisory Body has also been established, with the task of overseeing the functioning and compliance of the aforementioned Model and ensuring its updates. This body is represented by Dr. Luigi Bartoli.
The “Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01”, approved by the Board of Directors of Sarzi Lamiere S.p.A., is updated to the most recent regulatory provisions.
The Governance System is also complemented by the adoption of the Code of Ethics, which describes the principles and moral values that inspire Sarzi Lamiere, as well as the policies and procedures that govern the activities of the various organizational and operational components.
